Luxury & Comfort

This new house designed by Highline Construction and built by Kramer Construction is the perfect balance of light and dark, luxury and comfort. Dark wood floors in the kitchen complement dark hued rich wood cabinetry, and offsets lighter colors in the rest of the room. PentalQuartz in Statuario tops the perimeter counters as well as the oversized island in a natural white with warm-toned sable colored veining. The stain and scratch resistance of this white marble look-alike quartz is ideal for a busy kitchen. A subtly textured and elongated subway tile gives a more modern twist on a classic backsplash with Genesi26 from Pental in Bianco Matte. Recessed lighting throughout and glass pendant lights above the island add to the natural light that streams in through large picture windows in the corner.

The master bathroom continues the luxurious feel with a blend of white and grey. Marvel Pro porcelain tile from Pental in Statuario Select Matte 12×24 covers the floor, shower walls, and surround for the soaking tub. The alluring look of natural marble is met with the durability of porcelain in this versatile tile series. The tile colors are pulled out in the dark gray walls and Super White PentalQuartz vanity top. A glass shower, stainless fixtures, and glass lights add to the sophisticated feel of this stunning space.
